The Story Behind the Painting:
I've been working on a series of illustrations and paintings based on U.S. cities. I love exploring different corners of our country and creating these collage-style pieces of artwork showcasing the places that make each city unique. This painting includes several of Indianapolis' most iconic buildings, the stadium, a race track, an indycar, the river walk and some peonies as the state flower. About the Artist:
I'm a fine artist inspired by memory, travel and the joy of adventure, capturing my pieces of the world in my paintings. I use a vibrant and nostalgic color palette, thick impasto texture and delicate floral details within my paintings. I hope my work will inspire people to explore more of the world, or remind them of their own travels and adventures.
